The shut down days we will be treated as compulsory annual leave taking. For exempt staff, the shut down days will be offset directly against their annual leave balance. For non-exempt employees, OT will be offset first before reconciling with annual leave entitlement.
对于公司安排的shut down ,将根据公司现有shut down 规定:对于管理人员,用个人年假进行抵冲;对于非管理人员,在抵充完当月加班后,再用个人年假进行抵冲。
In case that the annual leave balance of any employee is not sufficient to cover or offset the shutdown days, the HRIS leave system will record a negative balance at the cap of 5 days until that employee’s future annual leaves are accumulated and accrued.
年假结余不够抵扣的,可预借,最多可预借到5天。
In case any employee is asked to work for these days, his/her annual leave balance will not be deducted or offset.
在shut down 期间上班的员工,将视为正常上班(不抵扣年假或加班)。
Those already advanced 40 hours annual leave or with balance less than 8 hours may get 60% base pay in shut down period.
如下一年年假已预借40小时或年假节余不够抵冲本次Shutdown的正式员工,则在Shutdown期间发放60%基本工资。
In case any non-exempt is asked to work overtime during the public holidays, 300% of their wages shall be paid as overtime compensation; Exempt OT Allowance: Every 4 hours is one calculation unit for RMB 100
如果因工作需要,非管理人员在国假日需要加班的,公司将按照国家规定,支付300%的加班工资;管理人员每加班满4小时支付100元津贴。 |
